Routine Rut

Ever wake up feeling like you are ready to conquer the world then an hour into the day you’ve completely lost all drive to get anything done?

Then you my friend, might be stuck in a what I call a ‘routine rut’. Unfortunately this happens, personally I think it is the absolute worst and can sometimes lead to an endless cycle of getting absolutely nothing done. Which, as we all know is not good for anyone!

Here are a tricks I’ve used in the past to break away from the routine rut:

  • Meditate – take some time in the morning to focus your energy on the things you want to manifest in your life and practice letting go of any and all bad/ negative vibes. #goodvibesonly
  • Workout – pumping out a 10 -20 min workout can go a long way in boosting your energy levels. Kick that enrophin high into high gear and sweat toxins out while your at it!
  • Inludge in a full healthy breakfast – sometimes you can’t manage to get anything done because you is hungray! Eat. Make yourself your faveorite brekkie and inludge. Because you’re worth it!
  • Get in touch with your spirtiuality – whatever / whoever it is you believe in, use their energy to feed your movement towards achieving your goals.

  Small changes like always choosing to see the beauty and strength in the people and energies that you attract, can really go a long way towards permanently eradicating negativity from your life.

How I Stay Motivated to Keep Fit

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend, I didn’t get up to much other than making sweet love to the books, it is exam time and my thesis is due Friday then graduation! 😀 I can’t wait, it’s all VERY bittersweet but I’m excited nonetheless.
